Terms of Service

Last updated: April 17, 2026

1. About Web Work

Web Work (webwork.bg) is a platform that lets you create, host, and manage a business website without writing code. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Web Work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account & Security

You register with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
  • Email changes and password changes require a 6-digit verification code sent to your email.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings. You must remove hosted projects first.

4. Services & Pricing

Web Work offers the following paid services, billed in EUR through Stripe:

  • Site generation — one-time payment of €99.90. Includes the generated website, source code download, 1 month of free hosting, and bonus improvement credits.
  • Hosting — €20/month recurring subscription. Keeps your site online with a public address or custom domain. If the subscription is not activated after the free month, the site is taken offline automatically.
  • Improvement credits — €1.50 per credit (pack of 20 for €20). Each credit allows one natural-language change to your site.

All prices include VAT where applicable. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via the Stripe customer portal at any time.

5. Generated Content

Websites are generated using third-party model providers (Anthropic and OpenAI). You should review the generated content before publishing.

  • Generated output may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing your site content.
  • Web Work does not guarantee that the generated code will be error-free or fit any particular purpose.
  • You must not use Web Work to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You own the text, images, product listings, blog posts, and other content you add to your site.

Generated code: Once you pay for a project, you receive full rights to download, modify, and use the generated source code for your business purposes.

Our platform: The Web Work platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.

7. Hosting & Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or abuse may cause temporary interruptions.

  • Hosting is provided on our infrastructure at webwork.bg.
  • You may connect a custom domain by configuring DNS records as described in the documentation.
  • If your hosting subscription lapses or is cancelled, your site will be taken offline. Your project files remain available for download as long as your account exists.

8. Email Sending

Web Work can send transactional emails on behalf of your site (e.g. order confirmations, booking notifications) through Resend.

  • You may configure a custom sender domain with DNS verification.
  • You must not use the email feature for spam, bulk marketing, or unsolicited messages.
  • We may suspend email sending if we detect abuse or high bounce/complaint rates.

9. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Web Work for illegal activities, fraud, phishing, or distributing malware.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform infrastructure.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Work and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Web Work after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
